Bad news time: As the ol' saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and today, without any prior notice, I received an email from Bigmailbox.com saying just that. Unfortunatly, the company that had been providing the "free" email service for Dan's JP3 Page for the past two years has suddently decided to change it's policy towards supporting sites with free email hosting. The reason they cited was the decline in the Internet Advertising industry (i.e. no one clicks banners, no one ever clicked banners, and no one ever will click banners. Big surprise.)

Anyway, they have given me the option of buying each active DJP3P email account, but obviously the volume of users with DJP3P accounts would make this financially impossible for me.

I apologize for the short notice, but again, Bigmailbox just let me know today. The DJP3P email service will be terminated on July 8, 2002. Please take this time to download your email and notify people of your address change. If you have any comments or questions, feel free to let me know.
